Logo DesignI approached CreativEdge because although I was a new start business with a brand new logo, I wasn’t happy with the design or image it portrayed for my business. I was a bit embarrassed about passing on my business cards to others as I didn’t really feel the old logo was me. Now I’m proud of my company image and enjoy passing my cards out as people always comment on the great logo.

 

I gave Sophie some quite specific ideas of what I definitely didn’t want and some vague ideas of what I did want. She listened to my thoughts and came up with some concepts that far surpassed anything I expected or indeed my previous designers had come up with.

 

Sophie was happy to work on my designs until I was completely satisfied and has had no issues with further updates and amendments as my business has grown and changed.

 

What I really love about CreativEdge is their evening and weekend service. It’s hugely helpful to send a request across and have something back at 9pm or on a Sunday morning. My business isn’t conducted over a typical Monday – Friday 9 – 5 working week, so that has really suited my business.

 

Sophie always gives great service and deals promptly with my requests. There have been a few occasions where I have asked for a (very!) quick turn around on things to meet last minute advertising deadlines. Sophie has always responded brilliantly, delivering the goods on-time and in a fuss-free way.
